Everyday we provide our clients with essential geotechnical insights that allow them to understand very early how ground movement will impact their valuable assets. We have built an excellent and diverse team to approach InSAR increasingly as a professional service.

To keep getting better at providing these insights at scale, we need the best people working with us. We are looking for colleagues who want to help build the business and to grow professionally by discovering a wide range of applications.




Your Role & Impact 🌍

We already work with a number of the world’s largest companies in the domains of energy, mining and civil engineering. You will be helping our international sales team to do successful sales and help us hiring additional team members. The sales team defines the sales strategy and increases revenue through new and existing sales opportunities. Under your leadership, the team will drive new solutions using SkyGeo’s groundbreaking technologies to solve large geotechnical problems within the markets of our clients.

  • Coaching and supporting a team of (both remote and in office) seller-consultants to hit target;
  • Supporting them in closely cooperating with deeply technical users and sales engineers;
  • Being part of the leadership team driving growth of a fast-paced scaleup;
  • Initially, also develop new business yourself, by reaching out to busy corporate prospects and getting deals done;
  • Further growing the sales team, hiring the right people who will do consultative selling to engineers in large corporations.

Job requirements

What you’ll bring to the team 🧑‍🔬

  • Hands-on experience consultative selling for the type of problems that our customers face;

  • Experience and know-how about hiring the right sellers for a technical product or solution;

  • Seasoned in coaching, training and leading a team of sales people and consultants;

  • Ability to set comp plans for optimum outcomes;

  • Eagerness and ability to drive growth in a dynamic scaleup environment;

  • Entrepreneurial opener and effective closer;

  • Eager to reflect and learn and discover patterns in successful sales cycles;

  • Compact technical writing and communications skills;

  • At least 5 years experience in a commercial role and 3 years as a lead/manager.
