The job
As Knowledge and Content Manager, you will be responsible for the creation, localization, distribution and preservation of technical content in various formats for our customers and for prospects. You will play a key role in translating complex technical information into clear, easy-to-understand content about geotechnical risk management, without loosing its basis and most important features . You will gather technical information from our internal InSAR experts, and translate it into clear language and graphics suitable for a geo-scientific/technical audience.
What you will do
Own the website, organize cases and technical content.
Maintain, organize and preserve our existing and scalable library of high-quality content: product briefs, explainer diagrams, use-case one-pagers, demo decks, and technical blog posts.
Ensure all our content reflects the company vision and accurate science/engineering detail, while remaining digestible for target technical audiences.
Continuously improve content creation processes, explore innovative ways to enhance the effectiveness of technical communication.
Stay updated on industry trends for content creation and instructional design.
Maintain content consistency across website, CRM and proposals.
Integrate website with SEO and GEO.
Act as a bridge between the customer and the company - the product, engineering, and commercial teams - to align messaging.
Organize / support customer-facing training and hands-on labs and deliver content organized for internal training sessions on product positioning, new features, and customer stories.
Create visually appealing and effective slides, diagrams and other graphic content to show how InSAR data projects.
Liaise with distributed experts to adapt technical content to meet local needs and standards, and ensure consistency in style, tone, and terminology between language regions and content formats.
Job requirements
What you’ll bring
5+ years of experience in technical writing and content organization, in a field of engineering.
Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into engaging content.
Experience in coordinating and delivering instructor-led training both in-person and virtual.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with an ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software used for technical content creation.
MSc or more advanced degree, preferably in a technical field.
Ability to work with high degree of autonomy in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Extreme attention to detail.
