JOIN THE SKYGEO GRADUATE PROGRAM🛰️

starting September 2024

Become part of our team of experts and contribute to the next phase of the SkyGeo InSAR mission!

Join our Graduate Program and become a certified SkyGeo InSAR consultant within two years. You'll receive hands-on training from industry experts, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to tackle real-world challenges. You'll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions and develop the technical, business, and interpersonal skills essential for success in the field.


Whether or not you have prior experience with remote sensing or InSAR data from university, applying this knowledge in practical scenarios such as monitoring critical infrastructure and unstable slopes presents unique challenges. Effectively translating scientific understanding into real-world solutions requires more than just data analysis; it necessitates a blend of technological expertise, geotechnical insight, and strong communication skills. At SkyGeo, we recognize the importance of cultivating these diverse skills, and we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure our team members are equipped to excel in this multidisciplinary environment.


Your graduate program

Learning journey

Being part of the Data Analytics Team (the heart of SkyGeo) you will learn the InSAR technology and have real responsibility from day one. Your technical development will be complemented with skills needed to make an early business impact and critical personal skills to be able to build a trustful working relationship with others.

Customized development

In four periods of six months you will work in various teams on complex, challenging projects in an international environment. Learn from your colleagues, through courses and practical training on the job. By working for and with customers you develop skills such as project management, analyzing customer demand, communication in a professional sales setting, customer relations and business development

Specialization

Upon successful completion of the SkyGeo Graduate Program, you will -together with your coach- assess in which team or direction you want to continue your career.


Job requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • You completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree geomatics, remote sensing, geophysics, geology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Of course, you are ambitious, curious, eager to learn and have a proactive attitude.
  • You have analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • You are located in Delft, preferably speak (fluent) Dutch and are available for 12-24 months, 40 hours per week.
