Job description

About SkyGeo

SkyGeo helps organisations understand how the ground is moving so they can make better decisions about assets, operations and risk. Using satellite-based InSAR and expert analysis, we provide decision-grade geotechnical insights for clients in infrastructure, mining, energy and other ground-sensitive sectors. We are building a stronger, more scalable marketing engine to support growth across these industries, with better campaigns, sharper content, stronger event follow-up and marketing that helps commercial teams have better conversations.

The role

As our Demand Generation & Events Marketing Specialist, you will help execute SkyGeo’s demand generation activity across campaigns, content distribution, website support, events and sales enablement. This is a hands-on B2B marketing role for someone who can keep multiple workstreams moving, turn technical input into clear market-facing messages, and help create qualified interest in SkyGeo’s services. You do not need to be the company’s main technical writer, but you do need to be comfortable working with technical subject matter and shaping it into credible marketing assets.

What you will do

Demand generation and campaign support

·        Support the planning and execution of B2B campaigns across channels including LinkedIn, email, web and gated content.

·        Help build campaign assets and follow-up flows that support lead generation, nurture and conversion.

·        Contribute to campaign reporting and recommend practical improvements based on results.

·        Work with commercial teams to ensure activity supports real priorities, target sectors and target accounts.

Content activation and distribution

·        Adapt and distribute content across channels including LinkedIn posts, landing pages, email copy, webinar promotion, one-pagers and light web copy.

·        Repurpose core content into sector-specific and region-specific formats.

·        Help maintain consistency in how SkyGeo talks about monitoring, risk, interpretation and decision-making.

·        Support the rollout of thought leadership and lead-generation assets created by others.

Website, SEO and conversion support

·        Publish and maintain content on the SkyGeo website.

·        Support on-page SEO improvements including page structure, internal linking, metadata, CTAs and content updates.

·        Help improve conversion paths for downloads, contact forms and other lead capture points.

·        Keep website content accurate, current and commercially useful.

Events and webinar support

·        Support event and webinar marketing logistics including timelines, promotion, collateral and follow-up.

·        Help manage event-related content and deadlines such as abstracts, supporting materials and post-event nurture.

·        Coordinate with internal teams to ensure event presence is aligned with commercial priorities.

·        Help keep event materials organised, on-brand and easy to reuse.

Sales enablement and marketing operations

·        Help maintain and improve the organisation of marketing and sales collateral including one-pagers, case studies, sector slides and event assets.

·        Maintain trackers and calendars for campaigns, content and events.

·        Support reporting using GA4, Search Console, LinkedIn and email-platform analytics.

·        Contribute to smoother internal workflows around asset management, lead routing and handoffs.

Job requirements

What you’ll bring

·        2–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a technical, industrial, engineering, consulting or professional services environment.

·        Strong writing and editing skills in English.

·        Confidence working with technical subject matter experts and translating their input into usable marketing content.

·        Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

·        Practical experience supporting campaigns, content, websites and reporting.

·        A clear, professional communication style with good commercial instincts.

Nice to have

·        Experience in events marketing or webinar support.

·        Familiarity with geotechnical, mining, infrastructure, energy, GIS, remote sensing or adjacent fields.

·        SEO experience.

·        Experience with marketing automation, CRM workflows or lead nurture.

·        Ability to make simple edits to visuals or work confidently from templates.
