About SkyGeo 🛰️
We help engineers working within organizations of all sizes, to understand millimeter-scale deformation patterns for assessing geotechnical risk earlier and more efficiently.
The team ✨
In the past few years, our SkyGeo team has grown to 40 people worldwide, with most people working from our head office in Delft, the Netherlands. We are looking for our very first HR Office / Office Manager, since not only our office really needs a visual & practical upgrade, but we also need someone to really own our HR administration and Recruitment processes. We’re currently partnered with VIE People, who are helping us to set up a strong HR foundation. You will also work closely together with them.
Your Role & Impact 🌍
We are looking for someone who would love to take on a diverse role, including HR, recruitment and office management. While the role will evolve over time, the main responsibilities and activities will include:
- HR administration
Drafting contracts
Supporting new hires with their IND and 30% ruling affairs
Managing our HRIS
Overseeing our HR processes
- Office Management
Main point of contact at the office
Making sure our office feels like the optimal place to work
- Recruitment
Coordinating the entire hiring process
Performing interviews
Job requirements
Your profile 🧑🔬
Fluent in Dutch & English
A true team player
Outstanding organizational and project management skills
Eager to learn (from others)
Driven by creativity to improve work environment and processes
Ideally a few years experience in a similar role
Available for 36-40 hours a week
